Welcome to the Joyful Stars blog hop for June!

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to share two cards that I made.

This first card is made using the paper pack called Urban.  I really love this paper and will miss it when it retires in August.  The banner and the gears are both cut with CTMH Cricut cartridges.

This second card is made using the Calypso paper - another one of my favorites that is retiring in August.

Your next hop is to Donna Ackley Long.  Let's all see what she is sharing with us this month.

Welcome to the Joyful Stars blog hop for April!

I was working on a layered card for this blog hop but I am still tweaking it so this month you will see a very quick and simple gift card that I created a couple of weeks ago.

Welcome to the Joyful Stars Blog Hop for February

Valentine's Day is fast approaching so I created a card for the occasion.  This is a 6x6 card using  La Vie En Rose paper.

In hindsight I think I will cut some hearts with the Cricut slightly larger than the dove candies and adhere them between the card and the candies so the card still looks complete once your beloved eats the candy.  The candy is attached with our Bonding Memories glue.  If you let the glue dry before you add the candy it is repositionable.

Welcome to the Joyful Stars Blog Hop for January

For this month I created a simple black and white card using the January Stamp of the Month and a scrap left over from the La Vie En Rose paper packet.  The inspiration for this card came directly from an image on Pinterest.

I cut the black base at 6.5 x 5.5 inches and scored along the long side at 4.25 so the finished card is a typical A2 card (5.5 x 4.25).  The smaller black piece is 3.5 x 2.25 inches.  The white attached to the base is 5.25 x 4.  The smaller white piece is 3.25 x 2.

Welcome to the Joyful Stars blog hop for December

I attended a Close To My Heart event this weekend with fellow consultants and as usual we had a card swap.  We each made a bunch of the same card design and met for lunch before the event and swapped our cards.  I received so many beautiful cards.  I did not ask permission to post them her but I can at least post the card I made for the swap.

I used the following supplies:
White Pines paper packet      X7200B
Red Enamel Gems                 Z3090
Foil Tape (Gold)                    Z3129

For the sentiment I cut the shape in Colonial White from the Close To My Heart Artistry Cricut Cartridge at size 3.25 as specified on the stamp carrier sheet.  I then cut the same shape in Fern cardstock at size 3.40.

Stamps are from the White Pines Scrapbooking Workshop On the Go (G1098), and the stamp on the side of the card is from the White Pines Cardmaking Workshop On the Go (G1099).  You can order these from items my website .
