Once again I created a card with our Timberline paper. Joyce shared with me a technique where you emboss some cardstock and then run the matching ink pad over the embossed surface. I liked it so much I just had to try it out. I am in the midst of prepping for the Scrapbook Expo in Oaks this weekend (come see me if you are there!) so I had just a little time to put a card together.
The vertical strip in the back is a piece of chocolate card stock embossed with our CTMH embossing folder and then inked with a Chocolate Ink pad. Just think of the possibilities if you were to mix and match card stock and ink pads.
The frame around "Happy Father's Day" is from our Irresitables chipboard and inked with a dauber in Chocolate. I used our scalloped circle punch and it fit nicely under the Irresistables frame.
Your next hop is over to Krista. Enjoy!
